Utilizing the 3D FloTrix® vivaROCK bioreactor system for perfusion culture of Jurkat cells, achieving a 20-fold proliferation in 7 days with a cell density reaching 6.64×10^6 cells/mL

After 8 days of pre-expansion, the NK-92 cells were transferred to the 3D FloTrix® vivaROCK bioreactor system for perfusion culture, achieving a 20-fold proliferation with a cell density reaching 2.0×10^6 cells/mL."

"Utilizing the 3D FloTrix® vivaROCK bioreactor system for the cultivation of HEK293 cells, achieving a 26.7-fold proliferation in 7 days with a cell density reaching 8×10^6 cells/mL."
