Overview

The 3D FloTrix™ vivaWELD-TPE is an automated, aseptic tubing welder meticulously calibrated for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) substrates. This system provides a robust, efficient, and cost-optimised methodology for establishing sterile, leak-proof junctions. Its design supports multiple configuration connections including dry-to-dry, dry-to-wet, and wet-to-wet TPE tubing, ensuring broad applicability in sterile processing and bioprocessing workflows.
