3D TableTrix™ Microcarrier V01 (Vaccine Grade) is a premium bovine gelatin-based platform engineered for superior viral vaccine production. Characterised by its superior porosity and exceptional structural uniformity, the platform delivers an optimised biomimetic microenvironment for premium viral vaccine production across a range of established cell lines including Vero, MDCK, and human diploid cells. The platform incorporates sterilisation-in-place capability with proprietary gentle degradation technology, ensuring maximum cell viability. Fully certified and compatible with the 3D FloTrix™ system, it pioneers a new paradigm for scalable, standardised biomanufacturing excellence.

Results

Robust expansion performance demonstrates 10–16 fold cell growth within 4 days, highlighting the efficiency of the 3D TableTrix™ microcarrier platform.

MSC expansion remains stable at approximately 12–14 fold per passage, sustained over ≥6 consecutive subcultures, with no observable decline in proliferation capacity.

A stepwise scale-up strategy (2 L → 5 L → 15 L) enables the production of up to 1 × 10¹⁰ cells per batch, demonstrating seamless scalability using 3D TableTriX™ microcarriers integrated with the 3D FloTrix™ system.
