The 3D FloTrix™ vivaFILL Filling System is a purpose-built, automated platform

meticulously engineered for precision in cell therapy manufacturing.

This compact, high-performance system seamlessly integrates end-to-end processing—sorting, filling, stoppering, crimping, and in-line quality control—into a unified, closed system architecture utilizing single-use tubing assemblies. Coupled with the 3D FloTrix™ vivaMIX Intelligent Cell Mixing Module, the system leverages smart temperature-controlled mixing to preserve cell viability and achieve a perfectly homogenous suspension—safeguarding the consistency, quality, and integrity required in GMP-grade manufacturing.
