The 3D FloTrix™ vivaROCK Cell Culture System embodies advanced bioprocess engineering, delivering exceptional scalability within a fully single-use, closed culture environment.

This advanced platform provides a precisely controlled bioprocess environment characterised by ultra-low shear conditions and optimised oxygen transfer. 

Although extremely suitable for suspension cultures, optimal performance is achieved when paired with 3D TableTrix™ microcarriers, facilitating high-efficiency adherent cell expansion with improved cell quality, consistency, and yield.

● Versatile configuration options including Basic, Monitor, and Perfusion bags to support applications from R&D to large -scale cell expansion and process development.
● Multifunctional design with multiple tubing ports to enable perfusion culture, microcarrier-based culture, and batch medium exchange.
● Non-invasive agitation mechanism employing wave-based motion with low shear force for gentle yet efficient processing.
