▣ High Throughput——High precision dispensing system
- A single unit is capable of achieving cell formulation packaging at a scale of hundreds of bags. In one operation, it can complete thepackaging of 20 bags. It supports closed-system expansion and has a maximum filling flow rate of up to 150 mL/min.
- Equipped with high-precision flow sensors,the system allows for self-calibration of the actual flow rate during the packagingprocess. This ensures that the fillingvolume error is less than 1 mL or less than 2% (whichever is greater), guaranteeing accurate and precise filling.
▣ Intelligent——Intelligent temperature control mixing system

Intelligent temperature management is implemented to maintain the temperature of the liquid
inside the bags at 2-8°C, maximizing cell viability.
After the filling process, the system ensures that the initial cell viability is maintained
at 95% or above.
- The system utilizes an intelligent squeezing and mixing mode, where the mixing volume automatically adjusts to match the mixing intervals, ensuring uniformity of the solution.It can achieve a cell density deviation (RSD) of less than 5% during the filling process, maintaining consistency in cell density.
▣ Complete closure
- It utilizes disposable, fully closed, and sterile tubing consumables, along with sterile tubing connection and sealing machines, to significantly reduce the risk of contamination.
- The system employs medical-grade PVC material for the tubing, ensuring compliance with relevant qualifications and standards.
- The software design conforms to 21 CFR Part 11, including user permissions, audit trails, and electronic reporting.

- After filling, automatic air venting is performed to prevent any unexpected incidents during the freezing process.
