The 3D FloTrix® vivaPACK Cell Filling System is a fully enclosed, intelligent, high-precision, and high-throughput cell formulation equipment.

[Product Features]

High Throughput

The system achieves high-throughput cell formulation with a capacity of hundreds of bags. It can complete the formulation of 20 bags in a single run and can be expanded further. The maximum filling speed reaches up to 100 mL/min.

Intelligent Control:

Equipped with an intelligent temperature control and mixing system, it can maintain the cell suspension at 4°C during the formulation process with a temperature control error of ±1°C. It continuously applies squeezing-type mixing, ensuring that the post-formulation cell product achieves a viability of over 95% and a cell count deviation of less than 10%.

Safety

The system utilizes disposable closed-loop tubing and sterile connection devices, greatly reducing the risk of contamination. 

Convenience

The software is designed in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, featuring user privilege settings, audit trails, and generation of electronic reports. This reduces manual record-keeping and effectively saves labor hours.  

 

[Product Applications]

Large-scale stem cell manufacturing processes. 

The 3D FloTrix® vivaPACK cell filling system is applied in the terminal stage of cell production and preparation, specifically in the formulation filling process. Combined with the 3D FloTrix® cell culture technology, it significantly enhances the production efficiency and safety of cell formulations.

 

 

After multiple experimental tests, it has been determined that the cell formulation filling efficiency of the system can reach up to 1 minute per bag, greatly improving production and preparation efficiency. Moreover, the cell viability reaches as high as 98%.


The 3D FloTrix® vivaPACK cell filling system transforms tedious manual operations into automated production, enhancing the reliability of cell therapy products in practical applications. It effectively reduces production costs and injects new vitality into the industrialization of cell therapy.
